Last Updated: April 2, 2025By joining the WeLevel Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern your participation and outline your rights, responsibilities, and eligibility to earn commissions.

1. Program Overview

WeLevel is an all-in-one AI-powered marketing platform that helps small and mid-sized businesses increase lead conversions, improve retention, and streamline customer acquisition. As a WeLevel Affiliate, you can earn commissions for referring qualified leads and clients through your unique referral link.

2. Affiliate Promotion Channels

You may promote your affiliate link through a wide range of channels, including:

Social media (organic or paid): Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter Personal or business websites, blogs, and landing pagesEmail marketing: newsletters, mailing lists, outreach campaigns Paid search campaigns (subject to guidelines below)Display advertising and retargetingVideo content and podcasts Influencer or UGC content with embedded links Educational content: webinars, workshops, courses Affiliate newsletters or directories SMS/text-based outreach (where compliant)Webinars, workshops, masterminds, or other eventsQR codes on printed materials or signage

You may not:

Engage in misleading or deceptive advertising Use spam, bots, or click fraud to generate traffic Directly purchase ads that bid on WeLevel’s branded keywords or misspellings (e.g., “WeLevel CRM,” “WeLevel.io”) unless explicitly authorized Frame or mirror WeLevel’s website in a way that misleads visitors Represent yourself as WeLevel or make promises on our behalf

3. Commission and Payout Terms

Commission Eligibility

Affiliates will receive a commission for each referred user who books a one-on-one advisory call and converts into an active WeLevel customer using their unique affiliate calendar or tracking link.

Active Customer Definition

An “active customer” is defined as a user who has completed payment for any WeLevel subscription plan during the applicable month.

Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 40% recurring monthly revenue share based on the net revenue generated from each active customer they refer. Net revenue is defined as the customer’s total monthly subscription payment, minus Stripe payment processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), and minus a fixed $97 AI Token and 24x7 Customer Support Fee.

Stripe Fee (2.9% + $0.30): 2.9% of $999 = $28.97 $28.97 + $0.30 = $29.27Remaining After Stripe Fee: $999 – $29.27 = $969.73Net Revenue After AI Token and 24x7 Support Fee: $969.73 – $97 = $872.73Affiliate Commission (40% of Net Revenue): $872.73 × 0.40 = $349.09 per month

This commission recurs monthly for as long as the customer remains active.

Payment Schedule

Affiliate commissions are processed on the 15th of each month for active customer subscriptions billed during the previous calendar month.

Payout Threshold

The minimum payout amount is $50 USD. Any unpaid balances below this amount will automatically roll over to the following month until the threshold is met. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their payout method (e.g., PayPal, direct deposit) is up to date in their affiliate account. WeLevel is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect account information.

4. Attribution and Tracking

You will be provided with a unique affiliate tracking link and a dedicated WeLevel calendar link to ensure accurate attribution. A 90-day cookie window applies to all link clicks. If the user converts within this time and no other affiliate link was clicked after yours, the commission is credited to you. You will receive real-time tracking visibility via your affiliate dashboard, including link clicks, scheduled calls, and completed conversions. You will also receive email alerts for key events, such as a new advisory call being booked or a conversion occurring.

5. Affiliate Conduct and Compliance

By joining the Program, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in any content or communications promoting WeLevel (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. If you use them and make a purchase, I may earn a commission.”)Avoid claims that misrepresent WeLevel’s services or outcomes (e.g., “guaranteed income,” “overnight results”)Maintain integrity and honesty in all marketing activities

WeLevel reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity and audit compliance at any time.

6. Intellectual Property and Brand Use

You may use approved logos, banners, and marketing copy provided by WeLevel. You may not alter or misrepresent WeLevel branding or claim to be an official representative or employee.Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in removal from the program and legal action.

7. Termination and Deactivation

WeLevel reserves the right to terminate or suspend any affiliate account under the following conditions:

Breach of any term in this Agreement. Misleading promotion or unethical behavior Inactivity for 6 consecutive months Legal violations or failure to comply with regulatory requirements

Upon termination:

Any unpaid commissions for valid conversions may still be paid at WeLevel’s discretion You must immediately cease promoting WeLevel and remove all related content, links, and assets

8. Modification of Terms

WeLevel may modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes go into effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

WeLevel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the affiliate program. Our liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you over the past six months.

10. Independent Contractor Relationship

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You act as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own tax obligations and business activities.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Insert County, State].
